Your townhome plus community amenities: gated community, on-site playground, parking on premises, and in-home washer/dryer. Utilities and resident fees are billed on top of rent.

Legacy does not use an “All Included” package. Resident fees billed separately each month are: Pest Control $7, Landlord Insurance $18, Internet $75, Trash $10. Total add-ons: $110/mo.

Application Fee $65 per applicant, Administrative Fee $150, Pet Fee $350 per pet if applicable. No pet deposit required.

Based on credit, income, and screening. Your specific amount is provided after application review.

Yes, Legacy Townhomes is pet-friendly. Cats, small dogs, and large dogs are welcome with a 2-pet limit. Current fees: $350 one-time pet fee, $25 monthly pet rent per pet, $0 pet deposit. Breed and weight restrictions apply.
